For the first time in the series, the Royal Canadian Mint adds selective yellow 24-karat gold plating to the 1oz silver coin.
Specially crafted for this issue, an intricate new field pattern with elements from the arrangement in Lady Peace's hair can be found on the obverse and reverse. This brilliant coin is the result of an Deep Cameo Proof finish and selective plating, which results in an unbelievable contrast that draws out the unique field pattern created specifically for this issue.
