Graded perfect 70 by PCGS with certification number 37119435. Struck through at the bottom of the obverse (see last picture). First Day of Issue pedigree with the mint engraver series label.

Hand signed by the former U. Whitley was born in Canada and is a University of Victoria graduate. Gorgeous Modified Proof Maple Leaf without any spots or toning. The plastic holder looks great and it's in excellent condition.
